We do love keeping busy at the Lions Club of Morpeth.

Here are some of the things we're busy working on at the moment...

Rolling our sleeves up

As Community Activists the Lions Club of Morpeth frequently get involved in making our surroundings a better place to live and enjoy.

Whether it is supporting the GMDT Litter Blitz programme, maintaining Carlisle Park, assisting the town's Britain in Bloom bids or building bug hotels - we're there with our sleeves rolled up!

No greater gift than time

Getting Involved is at the heart of the Lions Club ethos. We work hard to help and improve our local community.

We run events like Meet the Lions for local, elderly groups and we support individuals when they need our help. We assist clubs, charities and schools with out time and experience. In short, we get as involved as we can.

We love handing out big cheques

Local organisations, clubs and charities often ask for our help to raise funds.

We can often be found collecting donations on the streets of Morpeth and we organise our own annual events like the LionsSwim, the Fishing Competition and Dickens of a Draw to provide the platform for people to raise much needed funds.
